Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

We provide software development, SaaS platforms, cloud-based systems, IoT solutions, hosting integrations, and related technology services. The scope of each project or service may be defined in a separate agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. We retain ownership of reusable code, frameworks, libraries, and pre-existing intellectual property. Third-party open-source components remain subject to their original licenses.

Clients agree to provide necessary information, feedback, and access required for project completion. Delays in client input may affect delivery timelines.

Unless otherwise agreed in the SOW, projects follow milestone-based payments. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may result in project suspension.

SaaS products such as SyncIt and FoxSMS are billed based on selected plans. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, distributing malicious code, abusing messaging systems, or violating applicable laws or regulations.

We strive to maintain reliable and continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services are provided "as is" after any agreed warranty period. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snow Fox Lab's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in the past twelve (12) months.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for fulfilling the agreed services, unless required by law.

Completed work is non-refundable. For ongoing projects, clients may terminate with written notice and will be charged for work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms or misuse of our systems.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.
